AI-native web development · Design, build, launch

Websites that do a job.

Scaffol designs and builds websites that book, sell and convert — from a 29-itinerary booking engine to a product launch site. One senior team, AI-powered delivery, live in weeks.

01 — Selected work

Two live sites. Both doing a job.

We'd rather show you a working booking engine than a carousel of logos. Every number below is verifiable on the site itself.

02 — Why teams call us

The site looks fine. It just isn't earning anything.

1
Designed to be admired

It got signed off in a review because it looked good. Nobody asked what any given page was supposed to make happen.

2
Every change is a ticket

A price update means an email, a quote and two weeks. So the site quietly drifts out of date instead.

3
Slow, and Google noticed

Rankings and conversion bleed from the same wound. You've been told it's the platform, and it usually is.

03 — Services

Three things, done properly.

We build the website, we fix the one you already have, and we run the ads that point at it. All three are fixed-scope work with an end date — not a retainer. Everything else you might have seen on an agency menu is part of how we build, not a separate invoice.

04 — What AI-native means here

People decide. AI does the heavy lifting. You get senior work at boutique speed.

How we build, in full
1
A senior builder scopes the work
Every project starts with the person who will actually build it — not an account manager taking notes.
2
AI drafts, builds and tests
Layouts, content scaffolding, migrations and test coverage — done in hours, not sprints.
3
The builder reviews and ships
Nothing reaches your domain without a senior sign-off. No AI slop, no generated filler.
4
You get the keys
Your repo, your hosting, your analytics, documented as we go. If we disappear tomorrow, nothing breaks.
05 — Who we integrate with

Wired into what you already run.

A form that emails you is not an integration. Leads land as records in your CRM, attributed to the page and campaign that produced them.

Not on the list? It almost certainly still works. These are the ones we reach for most — if you run something else, we’ll wire it in.

“Your website is the calling card — the first thing anyone meets, and it has to carry the brand. But a calling card that can’t do anything is just decoration. Built properly it’s a lever you can pull when you need demand.”

06 — Questions we always get
How much does a website cost?

It depends on what it has to do — a launch page and a booking engine aren't the same project. Tell us the job and we'll scope a fixed number before you commit to anything.

How fast can you launch?

Landing pages in days. Most marketing sites in three to six weeks. Booking and commerce builds take longer because the transactional parts get tested properly.

Is this just AI-generated work?

No. AI accelerates the build; a senior builder scopes the project and reviews every line before it ships. You're hiring the judgment, not the generation.

Do you do branding and logo design?

No — and we'd rather say so now. We design and build the site around the brand you have. If you need a brand identity created first, that's a different craft and you want a different studio.

Do we own the site afterwards?

Entirely — code, repo, hosting, domain, analytics. We build in accounts you control and hand over documentation. No lock-in, no hostage situation.

Tell us what the site has to do.

Two minutes to sketch the brief. We'll come back with an honest scope, a timeline and a number.
